1. Am I allowed to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no you are not. Once an order has been placed by a customer it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to our customer service email with any concerns though and we are happy to help.
2. I received something damaged, what do I do?
We are so sorry if you received something damaged. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and pictures of the damaged item(s). Customer service should reach out to you within 24 hours.

1. Does Indie Jane restock their pieces frequently?
IJB restocks based off of waitlists for products! If you're wanting a piece that is sold out, join the waitlist and pre-authorize!
2. How will I know if something gets restocked?
If something gets restocked and you are on the waitlist, you'll get an email (or Facebook message) notifying you immediately! If you are not on the waitlist and the product does not immediately sell out - we will post about the restock on our social media pages.
3. What does "pre-authorize" mean?
Pre-authorization means the customer gives Indie Jane permission to automatically charge their card when an item is restocked. This is why we urge you to join the waitlist and pre-authorize - you are put ahead of other customers who are on the waitlist and do not pre-authorize.
1. Where can I purchase a gift card?
Here on our website, we have a tab titled "e-gift cards"! In the app, you can search "gift card" and the product will generate!
2. Will I recieve a physical gift card in the mail?
Here at IJB we carry e-gift cards! When someone purchases an e-gift card, an email will be sent, to the email on file, with all of the neccesary information.
3. How do I check the balance on my Indie Jane gift card?
Once you redeem your gift card, if there is a remaining balance it will be applied to your account credit.
